Access To Customized Reports
The system includes a secure, web based Fleet Management Back-Office that provides operators and managers with detailed activity reports sorted by day, week, month, by driver, by vehicle and so on.
The reports include detailed summaries of total routes, maximum speed, driving times, fuel usage and more. All of the reports can be custom filtered according to specific criteria that meets the operators needs.
E-mail and SMS Alerts
Alerts are sent simultaneously to Epsilon Security's A.M.S and to the Fleet Operator. Fleet operators can configure the SMS and Email alerts according to their specific needs. Configuration options include:
Theft and Vandalism Alerts
Receive instant notification of a theft in progress or if the vehicle is being vandalized.
Location Alerts
Configure the system to notify you the moment a vehicle arrives and leaves a specific area, or if a driver has detoured from a specified route.
Malfunction and Accident Alerts
Receive notifications when a vehicles becomes disabled, allowing you to immediately dispatch a mechanic or send out a replacement vehicle. Configure alerts to also notify you in case of an accident.
Tow and Ignition Alerts
Receive notification when one of your vehicles is in the process of being towed or if the ignition has been turned on after designated operational hours.
Engine and Fuel Tank Alerts
Receive notification if the engine or fuel tank is being tampered with.
Fleet Management System Features
GPS Tracking
Monitor vehicle whereabouts with real time GPS tracking using a web based interface. See the exact location of vehicles on enhanced route maps and quickly review driver details.
Vehicle Speed
Fleet Operators can configure the system to send electronic notifications to any smartphone, tablet or PC whenever a driver has exceeded the designated speed limit or is driving erratically at a high velocity.
Remote Panic Buttons
Fleet Vehicles can be equipped with remote panic buttons. Remote panic buttons can be used by drivers, clients and fleet operators to notify the A.M.S in case of an emergency situation.
Vehicle Diagnostics
The web based fleet management system enables you to monitor fuel usage, engine temperature, RPM, and other vital vehicle functions. Also monitors when a vehicle is turned on, but not moving.
